SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 0 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time for local shipments are 1 - 3 business days and outlying areas 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Local & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within South Africa.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery Issues

  • Ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
